Most AI initiatives fail not because of technology, but rather due to other factors. They stall because organizations skip readiness and lock budgets, vendors, and roadmaps too early.

I recorded a short video explaining why I built a 10-minute AI readiness check designed to be taken before those decisions are finalized. It examines readiness across strategy, data, people, technology, and governance—without promoting tools or solutions.
