1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Services Provided
We provide:
- AI readiness assessments (StAIR-Ready™)
- Grant discovery and drafting tools (Grant-Ready™)
- AI-generated recommendations and reports
These are decision-support tools, not professional guarantees.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the platform legally and ethically
- Review all AI-generated outputs before submission or use
You may not:
- Misuse the system
- Upload unlawful or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments are processed via Stripe
- Fees are stated at time of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
No refunds unless explicitly stated.
4A. Invoicing Terms (Net 15)
For approved customers, Fountain Innovation Group, LLC may offer invoicing in lieu of immediate payment.
- Invoices are due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the invoice date (“Net 15”)
- Services may be suspended or withheld if payment is not received by the due date
- We reserve the right to revoke invoicing privileges at any time and require prepayment
Late Payments
- Late payments may be subject to:
- A late fee of up to 1.5% per month (or maximum allowed by law), and/or
- Suspension of access to services until payment is received
Collections
- Customer is responsible for reasonable collection costs, including legal fees, if applicable
5. Intellectual Property
- All platform content, branding, and systems are owned by Fountain Innovation Group, LLC
- You retain ownership of your uploaded content
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform
6. AI Output Disclaimer
- AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions
- We do not guarantee funding outcomes, business results, or accuracy
- You are solely responsible for how outputs are used
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Fountain Innovation Group, LLC is not liable for:
- Lost funding opportunities
- Business losses
- Errors in AI-generated outputs
- Indirect or consequential damages
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are violated
- Misuse is detected
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
